Colder Weather = Noisy?

Now that the weather has cooled off around here in parts of Georgia, I've noticed that my car makes some creaking noises when I'm first driving and then after a mile or 2, stops. Anyone else have this going on?

Same here...its so funny my car sounds creaky! But once he warms up it seems to go away. Either that or i turn the music up! I hate winter.

when it gets cold everything in the car starts to contract a super slight amount. all the panels and such fit a tad looser causing the noise... :\

its why things quiet down once you run the heater and everything starts to warm up.

Thanks for the replies all!

The colder, the more noises.

I love the cold. More power, quicker response, and louder exhaust. But a lot less traction with tires.
