Oh that hurts. Can anyone verify this or can you further explain what causes this?

whoa!!! what the **** happened? the rim broke off? |
the stockers require a washer/cone tipped lug to safely secure the stock rims to the car.
almost all aftermarket rims are made to have just regular coned tipped lugs and most aftermarket lugs are just coned also......do not put aftermarket lugs on the stock rims or it will not be safe....car has a good amount of torque, which is why the rear rim broke on the G37.. http://i422.photobucket.com/albums/p...me007/lugs.jpg diagram not to scale....lol oh yea, the stock rims are designed to have just the washer/cone style lugs only |
