Kev's Headlights

Hey guys! So the other day i was on the forums and i saw a guy that was doing headlights in the socal area. i had called up by Paperboy42190 to ask him if he can do my headlights and he said ofcourse.. His name his george and he is a very nice guy. I had went to his house to do my headlights at 9am. He treats you like its your house and does anything he wants for you. I had decided to go all out and do something not everyone does. I did a gloss black housing, red shrouds, IRON MAN, landing strip and demon eyes ( which i loved the most). My car at night now looks more agressive and very scary. We spent about 11 hours doing the headlights together but we took a couple breaks. The only reason it took this long because i wanted everysingle headlight mod that there was on the 370z haha. I 100% RECOMMEND you go by george to do your headlights! He not far at all hes at alahmbra ca. His user name is Paperboy42190. Here are some pics! I hope you guys like it!

1st step was to take off the bumper.

That came out great! Do you happen to have the thread that you found? I remember reading it a while ago.

In any case, looks like another great job. I'd love to get something like that done on my car.

I supplied everything, he said that if you bring all the parts he will install them.. he's doing this because he doesn't want to say oh look its cause of your product that its not working. i'll find the thread soon. George will comment on his thread soon so shoot a PM at him.

Cool. Ive brought my car to George a couple times to repair flickering LEDs installed by MRWORKS. I brought my own LEDs to George too but sadly they begin to flicker within weeks.

All the cool stuff is in Cali. Lol.

Not too big on the landing strip/LED lights, but the demon eyes are fresh.

For any/everyone who has blacked out the headlights, does this reduce the amount of lighting you get?. I had an idea that silver acted as a kind of enhancer or reflector.

Very slight difference. With Xenon in proper housings the impact is very small.
Halogen headlights require more reflective characteristic housings. I love my blacked out headlights!!!

Thanks for the input. Front Lights and side markers only things left not blacked out. Not touching back lights.

Red_Lionn 06-24-2012 08:39 PM

lights are still running perfect!
