Painted Engine Cover Monterey Blue
 

I was bored, so I had my engine cover painted. It's colored-matched to Nissan's Monterey Blue (RAE). Comments?

Looks great I was thinking of trying the same thing, was also thinking about making the black a gloss black instead of just the flat black

Looks really good. They should've been paint matched from factory.

A buddy of mine works at a body shop, so he was able to get the paint for me. The color is a perfect match. Thanks for the comments.

Sure go for it! You can also try to match it to your body color. It'll contrast really well together.

Any idea how much paint it used? I have a few ounces of Chicane Yellow and was wanting to do this, just need to see if I need more than I have before I start on it.
