Fog Lights/Tow Hook

Hey I am sure there are already threads regarding what I am about to ask. But it will take months to find it.

I am looking for aftermarket fog lights for my Z any ideas that will look good since the 2010 370Z already has the slots for them.

Also I noticed when I was cleaning the engine yesterday that there is a tow hook for the front. Any ideas where to purchase one at? I seen some on ebay but they sure look crappy esp for the price they was asking.

Thanks.

For Tow Hooks the Ebay ones are actually not bad, I bought one recently, and it fit perfectly and finish was fine

Otherwise, GTM makes the same hook but instead of $40 its $150 so you can look into that one

As for the Fogs, I can't say I've seen any direct kits that go into the spaces there or any members with fogs but maybe someone else can chime in

There are many kits for a functional rear fog light. It comes stock with the housing for a light, but you'll also want to figure out if you want them connected to your brake lights or an on/off switch. Some companies also offer strobe effect for either of the two. Evo-r makes one off the top of my head.

eBay tow hooks are great, but they are for show. You can attach an eBay tow hook but keep the stock tow hook in the back for track days or accidents (eBay ones can crack or rip right out). Otherwise, GTM makes great quality hooks.

you got a link Rosh?

I am talking about Fog Lights for the front. Not the back.

Oh my bad, I thought you were talking about the back. The only solution for that would be buying a new bumper that has them built into the design (possibly the 2013 370Z OEM bumper). Anything else would look tacks and out of place (IMO). Let us know what route you end up taking!

Thats a good idea, I was just wondering cause the 2010 model has the slots in the front for fog lights which it looks like neways just wondering if anybody did it.

I'll repeat what I've said on other similar threads, not that it will stop anyone: running a front towhook on the street is asking for more damage to the car in front of you in a mild rear-end collision that might've otherwise just been a little paint scrape. It's going to stab their bumper unless it's a taller vehicle.

Oh WSTAR I am on the same page boss, I already decided to drop the idea. I am looking at Cold Air Intakes now lol
