VLeds dim when off??
 

Hey guys,

Ive bought several LED Panel lights now for my dome lights and so far, all of them shine dimly when in the "door" position and doors closed. I just think it looks crappy to have them be on slightly when they arent supposed to be on. Does anyone know if the VLed's panel lights do this as well?? Or possibly know of another companys who dont??

most LEDs will do that no matter what brand they are.

Yea that seems to be what im running into... I just dont like it when they shine through the light lenses when off...

The ones I purchased from Amazon don't.

I used two for the license plate, two for the map lights, and one in each headlight for the running lights.

No problems so far after about six months or so of use.

Thanks but I should have mentioned that I am looking more for Panel lights... I too have similar LED's for white which dont light up but I have a pair of Red and a pair of Blue Panel lights that i like to switch around that have this issue...

i found these in the storage last night. and they dont stay dimly light in the door position!!

i bought these while i was visiting Taiwan awhile ago. the brand is called "ruenn fwu" the package says its made in Taiwan, i tried to google it but couldnt find much.

maybe you can try to find led's that look similiar.
