Z light ups
 

I was just wondering if your there is anyway to convert it to where the Z emblem on the sides stayed light during driving, Sorta like when you unlock it and they light up.

It's possible but there is only a single light there and you will loose the safety of letting other drivers know you're changing lanes.

Cool idea! Or you change them to like a LED white or something so people don't think your signaling.
