No, it is not explained. If you are telling me to file a shipping claim I will be sending all the products back and expect a full refund. What I am asking is, why do you need pictures of the other items to make sure the pattern is the same, when the shifter ring has already been made. Meaning, how can you promise the pattern will match on that, but not on the tach bezel which hasnt been made yet? I will be PMing you pictures tonight. Whats your ETA on replacement parts

That is for big items like bumpers, spoilers, diffusers.

anyone whos ordered from CS.. did you receive a bill from fedex after your package was delivered for "customs, duties, tax, other fees"?? in the fine print it states that "USUALLY, these are paid before the package was sent out" anyone share the same experience?

Usually* Fedex pre charged the handling fees, but duty and taxes will be bill to the customer unless its already included in the price you paid for.

I bought some stuff from CS but its from the shop in arizona

well originally they told me the products came from there as well... when they told me 60$ for shipping (which is already pretty ridiculous, since this was before we knew it was coming out of the country) they said nothing about paying an extra $19 for customs fees

Then i guess you have to work something out with CS. The duties and taxes is standard for fedex/ups for all international shipments.

We pay our local customs/taxes before shipping items however we have no control in destination custom regulations. Its the same for all orders we ship...

Interior items are shipped Directly from Dubai only. we never shipped any Interior kit from the US.

How bout them fenders and Mine's replica lip that was promised weeks and weeks ago?

Seems like if issues with a shop/sponsor arent resolved and keep coming up, they should be taken off th370z.com

Mines GB is almost done, infact one of the guy didn't want to wait to go through group shipment and was willing to pay the shipping direct to him, and it was sent and I guess delivered by now as well.

For the fenders, as I said earlier we had our experience, getting those done in US and it didn't work out the way we were comfortable with, was waiting for ages for replies from the partners and in the end we had to close the whole thing. In your instance even they confirmed that one set is ready and then you paid and its in front of you what happened.

We are taking interest on our fender thread and will do it in Dubai and then ship in sets of 5 pairs or 10 pairs, but I wrote specifically it will take time and will be good for people who are willing to wait. A pair takes 4 to 5 working days so anyone can imagine the amount of time it will take to make 10 pairs considering we wont just do fenders for dull two months. Our margin on fenders is minimum and only reason we will do it again is people liked it so we should offer it.:tiphat:

We have lots of happy customers on the forum and we are quiet proud of what we have achieved, and can say we have kept always the transparency with all of our customers and always stand behind our customers in case of problems.

Coming to your point its not taking months, we always say 6-8weeks and only during last group shipment it took a month longer but as said earlier it was all done to save shipping for your guys. We always say and will say again can offer any of our item 10 days turn around time if the customer is willing to pay the shipping.

The Mine's lip even had its own thread... not CS's fault that this member didn't see it.
I PM'ed CS about the fenders too. I got a response within a day and they provided a warning about the long L/T.
Personally, so far so good from A.J. at CS. He has been a pleasure to deal with.

So... regarding this post. Sounds like you guys are ahead of schedule with the lip? That is great info! :tup: A.J. mentioned an 8-9 week L/T, so I was expecting it to arrive in the beginning of May. Any idea when I should expect the package?

Thats correct, Mine's GB will be ahead of schedule but we will still stick to our 8 weeks times frame for any unexpected shipping delays. Its getting closer and I'll post some pics of the progress next week! :tup:

The fenders that I have that I bought off a member which are CS are terrible lol. I had to modify it to work and one side marker is slanted and te other side it wont fully go in. I'll have to modify it more. Unless I have the one messed up mold I don't know. Would like for CS to post up pictures of their fenders mounted if possible.

my interior parts were warped as well.. and had dust under the clear in some spots.. it seems like they are gonna take care of it though!

Damn. Spent 250 at a shop just to get it to line up and the precut side marker lights are so ridiculously off that I'm thinking of just making them a full circle and glueing the damn blinker on lol. I wanted their interior pieces but I don't think I want to risk it. Good luck and hope they do end up fixing your issue.
