Anyone has Seibon canards??

I'm looking to get Seibon canards for my Z but can't find a single picture of a Z with those canards! Does anyone know anybody with those canards on their Z?
Thanks!!!

I'm pretty sure those were meant for the bumper that is on my car.

Might be hard to get them to line up on an OEM 370z front bumper since these canards are very curved.

cycy89 01-24-2012 11:39 PM

they look nice! do the 370Z ones look similar? do they come with instructions of how to install?

I looked at them again:

SEIBON :: Canards :: FBC0910NS370-GT

They are similar to mine but they are flat not curved. You will need to remove your front bumper and drill holes in order to mount them but it a should be pretty straightforward install.

cycy89 01-25-2012 12:07 AM

cool thanks! guess i'll be the first one having 370Z seibon canards!

kensnismo 01-25-2012 12:16 AM

list is $220. but maybe one of the venders can do better on price.

Thanks

Yeah mine has screws but they have been molded into the bumper so they can't be removed.

I have a NS Seibon front lip I hope there's room for the canards.. :wtf2:

SPOHN 01-25-2012 07:02 PM

MCR has the best ones but costly.

On Seibons site the ones above are listed for the 370.

PM me :) I can do better than $220 for sure.

As far as installing these on an OEM bumper... Have you done anything to see what they'd fit like?

cycy89 01-25-2012 09:06 PM

I know I dont have $400 for the MCR canards..
And I already ordered them through a local distributor with a really good deal. I don't have them yet they should be in next week. And I cannot find a single picture of them on a 370Z. I contacted Seibon they havent responded.

cc370z 01-26-2012 01:27 AM

I've been looking at these too. Can't wait to see what it looks like with the NS lip :)

I think ppl are afraid to get them b/c no one has them.. i guess i'll test them out for everyone.. lol. and im gonna mount the NS lip on my bumper permanently and paint parts of it to match my car color.

RoshDawg 01-26-2012 02:37 AM

You should check out Stillen canards while you're at it as they have a complimenting splitter to go with it as well. MCR really does make the best canards, but I too wouldnt pay that much as I would have to get the matching splitter.

STILLEN : STILLEN 370Z Front Splitter & Canards

STILLEN : STILLEN 370Z Front Splitter & Canards

I actually got the Seibon ones for a good deal that's why I'm getting the Seison ones, and I have a NS Seibon front lip so they kinda go together. I did check out the Stillen canards, but they seem too long, I feel like my NS front lip is in the way.
I'm sure the MCR ones add more down force, but I really dont need that much down force driving to school and work.. lol. so for me the canards are 80% look 20% function.

cycy89 02-01-2012 04:20 PM

My canards are in!!!! and they seem to fit!!!! cant wait to put them on!!! more pix will be posted after installation!!! (I put the TopSpeed decals on there)

In for pics.

Fire 02-02-2012 11:55 AM

You can se my stillen canards on my avatar. I like the length and the curve. :tiphat:

cycy89 02-02-2012 02:01 PM

Nice! Mines are not as curved but they match my seibon ns front lip
For some reason the 2 sides of my bumper shaped slightly different, it fits better on one side than they other side... :icon14:

cycy89 02-03-2012 01:34 AM

Finally got them on!!!
