Packing foam imprint on new spoiler. Removable?

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how you removed it? I just received a spoiler I bought from "Thespoilercompany" on eBay and as soon as I removed it from it's foam wrapping I noticed the foam has left a pattern on it. I've tried using Mother's detailed/Meguiars ultimate polish and swirl x by hand but noting has made a dent in it so far.

Either have them send you another one? or have body shop fix it if its embedded into the surface

I just purchased one to replace my cf wing and it was perfect. I would have them send you another one. They seem like a pretty legit company.

The paint/clear must not have been cured when it was packed. Since 370zFORme had no problem wwith his I would see if they can send you another.

Ive had this happen with other products. Clear coat wasnt cured. 2000grit then polish usually works if its not too deep. Or take good pics, send them to the company, and do an exchange because its obvious they f-d up.

I was hoping it would just be a little swirl-x on the buffer, but damn if I'm going to try all that.
I emailed them already but since it's the weekend I haven't heard back yet. I'm not in that big of a hurry. Hopefully they'll wait until it cures this time.
