What kind of silicone should i use?

Been raining here for the past couple days and i noticed that a good amount of water is flowing out of the spoiler when the trunk is open.

After a closer inspection i noticed theres a tiny hole about 2 mm wide on the 3m tape and i am guessing thats how the water got in.

i thought of using window silicone and a toothpick to patch the hole back up but it wont hurt to get a second opinion.

anyone else have this problem?

are those like drain holes? you might want to leave them open...(?)

hmm, i dont think they are, i will snap some pics tomorrow if i can. The spoiler shouldnt have any drain holes on them and should be water tight as far as i know.
