Jamaica, does this mount to the shifter metal bar, or to the inner plastic part that gets depressed? I only asked because is there some sort of spacer you need to install prior to center this new knob on?

Is the shift knob in the picture carbon fiber? Is it available for the 7AT?

We are working on one for the Auto. The CF boot is offered thou.

Just waiting on shift boot to come in. I just may use the manual boot. The knob is full titanium. Not cheap like the Razo knobs.
