Aftermarket steering wheel - Confused about horn connection
I'm about to put in an Isotta Katiena steering wheel and a Bell Works hub. I'm a bit confused as the wheel appears to have two horn connections but the hub came with only one wire in the harness. I'm assuming the second connection on the wheel is for ground but where do I plug it in?

The ground side of the switch can be ran to any unpainted/coated metal surface.

Thanks Anthony. I actually got the hub from Vivid. :-)

when i do steering wheels i sandwich a pigtail between the hub and steering wheel. basically its your ground.

I ordered one of these and I'll stick it between the hub and extender. Should do the trick.

When its done hook this thread up with a few pics please. About to order a top secret personel steering wheel

Will do. Here's a teaser shot of the wheel in the mean time. Damn, it looks nice - flat bottom, fat grip, love it.
I actually like the stock wheel other than it being just a tad too big, but the lack of telescoping ability is driving me nuts (5'11", long legs). So I'm basically swapping the wheel just so I can put in a 75mm extender. With the proper driving position I'm sure it'll feel like a brand new car. http://i.imgur.com/QaCdf.jpg |

The hub extender makes a HUGE difference. Tall drivers (or long-legged freaks like me) that have to choose between a comfortable seating position or comfortable steering reach know what I'm talking about. The 75mm extender actually might be a bit of an overkill, but I can easily switch to a 50mm anytime.

Wow looks mean... changes the entire dynamic of the interior. Good work!

It looks great! I could never get totally comfortable in my Z because of the same reason... a lot of my height is in my legs. It's the same thing with the Mustang. Kind of ticks me off a little... any car without a telescoping wheel is tough to get the "right" fit with.
