Add another victim to the torn roof. Just before I was going to store it I saw this right about my passenger window. I first thought it was the window rubbing.

Took it to the dealship the found this was the reason for it, when it folds down it has been rubbing.

They first said we will take it to our detailer and get it stitched up, was like no fking way. They will do some poor a** job and will tear apart after warrenty. Now they have a call to Nissan Canada to see what can be done...sigh.

Yet another reason to not mess with a vert.

Sorry to see that, but im guessing its at least under warranty.

Sorry to see this.

Definitely not to be expected from a $40k+ car. Stick to your guns for a warranty top replacement.

Good luck and kep us posted.

torn tops are pretty typical amongst most cars. Nice to see it doesn't appear to be a bad tear, and it sounds like Nissan is taking care of it. Honda left the (pre 06) S2K crew out to dry when it came to tearing tops.
