That is not possible. To be honest, my COST is over $1000. Are you sure you are not confused with the NISMO S-Tune Rear Spoiler and not the true NISMO rear wing? The NISMO S-Tune is around $700. We sell it for $722.50 plus shipping.

Please explain where you found this information. I just checked Nissan North America's pricing myself.

Please don't tell me you found the S-Tune wing. Sigh. No the Nismo edition wing is about $1,000 more than what you found. Yes I was able to find it online discounted with all the parts and pieces needed for around $1,700. But the dealership wants around $2,500 for it.

2010 Nissan 370Z Air Spoiler - Diagram 4 960301

I know what exactly you're talking about and I'm surprised too, but check on this...
all in 1 part too.

K6032-1A30B, they're available in multiple sites. All about $800 MSRP and now ~$700, it shows the whole diagram of all the Nismo OEM factory components with the middle piece, whatever. But if you get piece by piece separately, for some reason it's more.

weird, from your link it's just the rear top deck, but I called up a few guys and they said it's the whole assembly... =/

I called up Coutesy Nissan Parts and the guy told me there's only that p/n and it comes with everything...which I kept telling him there's gotta be more parts which should add up to about $2K.

This was the link I searched and he obviously does not know what he's talking about. He said thre's only that part number K6032-1A30B

dmhenderson 07-19-2012 06:24 PM

Yeah you can't buy the nismo wing. ~2k was what I was quoted on my '09 base when I asked the dealership about it and they begged me not to do it.

Seems like this wing angles down towards the car where the Nismo one doesn't. IMO the Nismo one certainly looks better. But the angle towards the car on this one might mean more downforce.

That is half of it, there is also the same part number but ends with an A.
Throw in the bolts, clips and other parts and it is around 1600ish I think. 2k is probably painted.

A good install paint shop makes how good the spoiler looks. Current highwing all comes with strong adhesive for the middle section. Please when install don't save money on paint and install. You got to pay for quality finish. After all you are saving over $1000 over real Nismo wing.

i have to concur with this, in the end i saved about $1000 over the authentic Nismo wing but i still paid a good amount for the paint and install. but like most frp its going to require some work (most of the time) on your shops part to get it to fit perfectly. When i dropped mine off, i told them there was no rush to get it finished quickly. just to take their time and they did. 2 weeks later they called to tell me it was ready for install and i couldn't be happier, no seams, no nicked or deformities what so ever and the surface is flush on the hatch. I, personally, love this wing and am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall quality and appearance of the wing. pay for quality work, its worth it

Compare stock and high wing

Does the center post have any advantage versus not having one like the Seibon (structurally, performance)? Does Seibon bow without it? Or is it just a "look" thing.

tjlazer 08-18-2012 11:52 AM

I think on the ABS plastic EVO-R High Wing the center post is needed as the wing will bow or sag without it. It's not FRP so it's not as stiff. (I compared the High Wing vs Nismo FRP replica.)

cooltoy 08-19-2012 02:43 PM

Why would the the authentic nismo wing need it? Is it polyurethane as well?

EVOR 01-01-2013 09:02 AM

In stock!

scruffydog 01-09-2013 12:38 PM

I just recently placed an order on the Carbon fiber Nismo High wing. I was told they are now FRP, both the regular version and the bottom deck for the cf version.
Can somebody clarify that?

Also, what's the middle part made out of?
