Bucket Seats and how to match interior..
 

Am a sucker for using bucket seats as i like the feeling of being hugged..heheh..

However, with my interior being persimmon orange, i cant seem to find seats that will match the interior.

I suppose only choice is to get black buckets but wonder if it will clash and stick out like a sore thumb..

On another note, is it a coincidence that the persimmon color so very matches the hermes orange? My gf has been bugging for a birkin in orange since i got the z but at usd10k for some dead cow skin, no way.... I could sc or tc with that kind of cash...

I'm in the same boat as you. I have persimmon interior and I was considering black buckets but I think the door panels would stick out like a sore thumb. I decided that if I ever do away with the persimmon I will get some spare door panels done in carbon by Carbon Fiber Element and some carbon back bucket seats to finish the look. that way I can either sell the persimmon interior to someone else or wrap it in plastic and put it away until it's time to sell the car. CFE has some very reasonable prices, check them out on th forums if you haven't already. hope this helps:tiphat:

Get black seats and then add orange accents to them... whether it be orange stitching or orange panels... you should be fine :tup:

Black with orange accents sounds like an excellent idea.. Will pursue this with my workshop to see if anything can be done...

Recaro sr7 evo looks nice but being a wannabe racer, i would prefer non reclinable buckets...

Darn , its a real irony asking this cuz the persimmon interior in stock was the main reason i got this car....
