I personally love CF hoods but I don't think they would look good with the Zs because of the A-pillars, if anyone has any ideas to make it flow, please share.

TS here but I did not know about the VIS hood or I prob would have gotten it. As far as quality and fitment mine is top notch.

as Mike said, the VSII is the most functional... you want the vent located where the pressure difference is greatest between under the hood and above the hood... and that tends to be 1/3 of the way from front to back, along the centerline of the car... the vent is functionally there to allow the radiator and other cooling equipment at the front of the car to work more efficiently
