Headlights paint

OK I almost screwed my headlights the last time I tried to open them. So is there a shop in Phoenix, Az, make a trip to or someone that can help me do this?

I didn't know how to take of the wires from the headlights and didn't find someone to help with that so I couldn't bake them. I bought a heat gun from home depot and I almost melted the sides. tried all temperatures didn't work for me.
