help with aftermarket seats

So I sent the the following post the shop which is selling and probley installing my Recaro's.
http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...light-fix.html

Heres the seats in anyones interested
RECARO: Sportster CS

After a few day's they sent me this:

The resistor part will be no problem. The weight sensor for the passenger seat may be somewhat involved due to the construction of the Recaro seat. *** says we may have to take the Recaro seat to an upholsterer to have them take the seat bottom apart and fit the weight sensor. The Recaro seat does not come apart as easily as the Bride seat shown in the link that you provided.

Does this sound right to people? I havent seen the under side of the seat so I don't have any pictures of them, sorry. Also the installer who did my RF speaker and amp said his father is a master upholsterer. Should I just install the seats with the other shop even if this isnt there part of the field?

Sorry for the length but i really want to get this done as correct as possible.
Thanks

Sounds right actually, Bride seats have the ability to replace the lower cushion easily which is why you can just pull it up. Do you need the weight sensor for the passenger side? You can always wire it so it is always one.
