Anyone removed the "370Z" badge yet and have any pics?

Been thinking about this... with the ultimate goal of having the front/rear Nissan indents filled in.

i have it done.. i will take pics for you tomorrow unless someone posts it already.. i think it looks clean and nice and symmetric!

not to hijack the thread, but has anyone replaced the 370z logo with a "fairlady" one?

yah i already replaced my 370z emblem with the fairlady emblem... it was easy to install....

How do you do it? Heat up the emblem with a hair dryer and take some fishing line to it?

I don't use any heat, just dental floss then cleaner to remove the glue

Floss does the job. The best stuff to use is the floss thats lined with goretex. That stuff is unbreakable!!!!! Trust me I know I sliced my hand open before it would snap.

Honestly... i didnt use anything but my fingers.. lol i was jus careful... but the floss trick works to i heard... but i found out about it AFTER i took my emblem off with my nails... :eek: haha

I always wrap my fingers with band-aids before I start just for that reason.

For other cars, I really prefer the debadged look, but for the Z, something is missing without the 370Z badge methinks.

I am still on the fence about if this good to go no badge or put fairlady. Do you plan to put Fairlady badge?

Why put the Fairlady badge if it isnt a Fairlady?

Unless your friends are Z fanatics the fairlady badge is really; how can I put this delicately? Never mind you fill in the blank.

No, I don't plan to put the Fairlady emblem on.
I like mine to have a clean look and it is esier to clean and polish the car with less emblems on it.

However, I am looking/waiting for a nice looking Z emblem to replace the rear and front NISSAN emblems.

Am I the only one who doesn't care for the "Fairlady Z" stuff? Horrible name IMO. To each his own, but theres no way in hell I would put "Fairlady" on my car.
