Door Vent A/F Gauge Install
Previously, I did some research on installing a a/f gauge I had laying around into the door vent (http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...tml#post592700)
Just wanted to post that I have finished my install (for the time being, I may still add the vent silver ring). If you all want more information on how to do it and the wiring, I believe I have more pictures at home I could post up. http://www.the370z.com/members/rarwz...ll-f-gauge.jpg |
Thats kinda cool.
However, I love that air vent too much. |

why not get a wideband? that narrow band really isnt good for anything but a light show. nice install though..

That air vent is my life blood on hot days. No way I'm giving her up. NEVER!

You will still get air by the looks of it, just slightly restricted.

I had the gauge laying around from a previous car, so figured I may as well use it.
You still get air flow, but it is redirected up, so I don't feel the air much at all from there. I'm sure if you put a cone on the back of the gauge it would help, and you could redirect it better, but this project has already pushed my levels of caring to the extreme. |
