Thanks, Matt. Rep granted. I'm not a mechanic and I'm not sure if any place will let me bring a used one in to them, but at least it's an option to consider. I'll have to ask the dealer what the part was quoted at - the quote they gave was only in total. A new one is undoubtedly much more than $250.

new one is not worth it at all.
you should be able to find a reputable shop in the area that could do it. check in the regional section of this forum. At the most, you could get the CSF radiator from Z1 new, and thats better + cheaper than the OEM radiator. |
Thanks, guys. I'll check into a local shop and maybe picking up the used one or the Z1 upgrade.

P.S
as a side note, if you ever thought about doing pulleys, now is the time when the radiator is out, its SOOOO EASY |
Order from Peoria Nissan in Arizona they are the cheapest I found for ordering online nissan parts, 1-866-696-1219, make sure you as for the internet discount on parts. You should be able to put it in yourself or the nissan dealer should have no problem installing new nissan parts even if you supply them

You should be able to find a mom & pop shop to do it for cheap... not much labor involved... With the Z1 unit you should be able to get it to your door and installed for around $500 I'd guess.
