Damn. Why don't u ask for refund? Actually aj was asking if I don't want it. Then just subtract 60 from the balance. Then I was thinking just 60 only. Beside I really want the kick plate too. Lets see what CS can do for both of us. I don't mind if they sent your kick plate first. Since its almost a year already. Sorry to hear that buddy.

I was going to order the kit until I started reading the issues with two members. That changed my mind & cost them a sale. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

And y'know what? Sometimes there are screw ups. That's fine. But a business has to make them right. I own 3 companies and screw up a lot. But I always make it right.

There has been alot of screw ups from courier company with some kickplates reaching damaged for multiple times plus delays from our side too (need to admit I've been away for sometime)

Be assured I will personally fix each and every issue on here in few hours once reach office.

Sorry for that but maybe I confused as I think we refunded you long time back and committed that we will offer a free shipped kick plates, after having 5 claims going on with fedex and we didnt get paid any of those and lost on shipping as well, thats why stopping these as a single order

This kit is good and good fit. I personally recommend if whoever want this kit. Pls pm aj@cs. He one of the best customer service here in our forum.

Sorry about that, we shipped it again but was fedex broke it in their sorting facility in US, As I said earlier we have five claims running with them for these kick plates. I was always in assumption that you were refunded for kick plates as well. Will get it done this week.

Replacement free kick plates will try once more time as hopefully we will sort the claims with fedex here this month, problem is they wont take these items again till claims are sorted.

Hey buddy, I just went through the paypal details, posting it here as majority of people get the impression we took the money and didnt deliver or delayed or kept promising. I always remembered refunding you as I said earlier as well.

Ok we offered first 250$ refund for the Amuse kit issues (which you know we don't manufacture but fought for you ), then you paid 250$ for the interior kit, which was shipped and only kick plates got damaged. We DID refund all of the 250$ back and on top of that said will ship the kick plates again. I attached below the refund slip done long time back in September 2012.

You got the parts for almost free and money back and honestly then portraying with words like bad deal lesson learned :shakes head: it does feel bad for going out of the way knowing you paid 250$ we refund the money and also let you keep the kit on top of that also offered you to send another kick plates set for free, isint that enough from a vendor point of view for any customer? and all get in return is bashing.:ugh2:
