Doesn't really bother me I always have it in auto and put on my halo's usually during the day. Turn the lights off by putting it back in auto if it's dark outside then it's headlamps on anyway.

Same here. My Jeep has them set up in the correct order ( Off > Parking Lights > Headlights On > Headlights Auto).

I prefer to control the headlights myself, so it really ticks me off how it's set-up.

I try to just turn the knob as quickly as I can. But you're right about the parking lights. I installed halos so when I want only those on it's hard to do the fast switch
