Fake Amuse, I don't think so, not for me any ways.

If some of these guys can barely afford to buy the fake Amuse kit how can they afford good paint job let alone suspension and wheels thats needed to complete the look.??? Then extra fiber-glass work to make it fit right. Everyones going to have fake Amuse kits by the end of the year. Then they will have to come out with something else that one ups the Amuse cause everyones got one. But then wait.....they will make a fake version of that! You cant win :(

As u can see my own journal, previously I purchased CF amuse kit from Jamaica951(andrew). However, I didn't know Wat I got was fake kit:shakes head: I believed mine was real cuz Andrew told me he bought 3 amuse kit from forum vendor and he promised to me tat he gonna send me the invoice. But he didn't. He also told me that powerhouse owner is his friend. I emailed them directly to powerhouse in japan and guess wat? They don't kno who the **** is Andrew!! As u guys can see some thread about fake aero kit, he was one of the anti fake, but now he is selling fake amuse!! :gtfo2:I asked him about that but,He keeps telling me wat he was sold to me was real. Please beware this guy, he is the worst seller I have ever met.

I decided to buy the "replica" Amuse rear from CarbonSignal, only because I liked the fact that the kit had some carbon fiber it in. If Powerhouse Amuse made their peices with carbon then I would have gotten it directly from them. I do not "cut corners", as I like to call it. I just got the TE37 SL's and do not believe in buying knock-offs or replica's. After I get it professionally painted and installed, it will be around the same price as the original. I just wanted to have some carbon fiber around the foglight/rear valence area since there is really no true diffuser for our car yet.

If you have evidence, you should post it up. There's a section the board designed to handle complaints of that sort.

I'm not involved and won't presume to have any knowledge either way, but a callout in this thread is not the most productive way to handle a dispute.

Who spends that kind of money on a product that the did little research on. How do you think it's real when powerhouse doesn't make it in CF.

Also, what Jamaica offers is different than someone copying a kit to be cheaper. He offers a product that the company doesn't offer. There is value in that.
