THIS X10000

Its tough to notice little dust particles or fingerprints until you shine a light through the outside housing.

Nice job OP.

So I guess the best thing to do is put one in the oven first. When that's done take that one out put the other one in while you go back to the other to pry apart quickly.

I did one got it done then started on the other. One at a time you have a map to put it back together

I got them from the zstore but I took them apart and had them painted. I like them I will take some better pics for you. I did a satin black with the platic that surounds the "Z" and color matched the very outer ring.

Heated oven to 250. Large sheet pan with a damp towel on the very bottom rack. Insert first light for 10ish minutes or so and used some mechanics gloves to pull apart ( make sure all screws are out) it does take a little muscle but once it starts coming apart it gets easier. Also you can put them back in the oven for a few. It was really easy to do. Saved a ton of money and can now get new tires. Best thing I can tell u is make sur the light is clean inside before u put them back together. This will also take a day or two to complete.
Any other questions please feel free to PM me or post here.
