Daytona Racing Carbon Steering Wheels
Hey guys, a customer recently brought up this company that does Carbon steering wheel modifications so i wanted to share it with you all as well. They only show one version online but I figure they can do custom work pretty easily as well. We have our own source for something nearly identical overseas that allows custom carbon color, fabric material and color, stitching color, shape, etc... so I figure they are using a similar process.

I.....want this so ******* badly.
So how much?
Ooh. Hawt!
looks exactly like what you guys do through Carbon Dry.
Yeah Mike whats the price range on these?
Sweeeeet! Price check please.
interested to know the price
:icon08: Why... hello there... :stirthepot:
Very nice!
The site says $1200 including your stock wheel. That looks killer though, just way too much money for me to ever think about throwing down.
I was the customer that brought these to their attention, but it was listed for much more then I thought it would be. A carbon wheel is still in my future tho, stay tuned...

:eek2: I would love to have one but not for that price.

I talked to few people in Dubai here, this company has a carbon fiber factory in Taiwan, they make these CF wheels for Lexus and could do for Z as well but they quoted me around 500-600$ plus a minimum order quantity as well
Their turn around time was 3 weeks as well and I have to send me wheel to them |

A new OEM steering wheel you can get for $650ish
looks nice, not $1200 nice and not $600 nice either.
Ya, I lower the cost a bit ($1150) yesterday before posting this thread up. I checked into our cost again and have some room so I'll put the370 member price at $995.
Still not cheap, but much better :) http://bespoke-public-product-images...67_175x123.jpg Carbon Steering Wheel It doesn't surprise me that they do it in Taiwan for that cheap. In this case though, we're going through what is probably a series of middle men to get it so it ends up being much more by the time it gets to us. If you guys end up going forward with group deal, please just make sure the source is reliable. It's a lot of money to risk. Best of luck! Mike |

^ looks interesting, but i think i can get something with a little more value for $1k...
in for pics though! |
Do you still have to send your wheel in?
yes but I have a spare aftermarket one lol
also they are shipping this out to Japan to get done. |
I think i'll go a different route, how hard is it to take apart the stock steering wheel anyway?

No matter how I look at it... $1000.00 is a lot. What I don't understand is, how is it $1000? I mean if there were massive amounts of parts to cover, I would understand but its just a steering wheel. The labor can't be that bad. Seems very unreasonable ~~;; but lookts tight!
man that looks so freaking nicee!!!!!!!!!!! i want it so badly! but wayy to expensive :shakes head:
Is there a different steering wheel besides this one??? I saw some guy with this one he said its daytona but cant find it
By any chance would u have any different steering wheels???
