ive always wanted to get one of these... i hate taking out all the plastic just to change oil

It looks like this item would have to be completely removed as well to do an oil change no? Isn't the filter and drain toward the front passanger side of the car not the back? I'm not really sure what the access panel in the back on this thing gains you. Hopefully I am just wrong and that panel does actually get to the drain and filter, if this is the case Im interested.

If you read the description it says you can access the oil plug and filter without having to remove the whole thing.
