stune
What do u guys think of the stune?
I am thinking of getting the front lip, side sills, and the splash guards... Any good place with good pricing? volks or stune wheels?! lol... anyone also got some pix of stune 370z? i mean i googled but they are all the same and are from the nissan... |
im not the biggest fan of s-tune body kit. it can look good if painted with the outer part matte black (or wrapped in CF) to reduce the chunky look and your car lowered considerably while running pretty aggressive wheels/tires.
there was a memeber here that had either a white or silver with the outer areas painted black. that car looked good. |
do you know any good place to buy em?
|
Check out the vendor section. I think z1 may have good pricing. I bought my sideskirt from Fontana Nissan.

My Z with the S-Tune kit (minus the spoiler and front bumper extension thing)
Link to pics: http://www.the370z.com/members-370z-...otive-set.html Bought from Z1 here. They have the hookup for this. |
2nd pict from the top.
then add EvoR's CF side skirts and some rear piece. it should look pretty damn good. |
can someone tell me what Nismo S-Tune Front Lip Extension is? lol i just cant tell~~;;

u get the concept~~;; btw... when u get the front, side, rear, and spoiler... do u just drill? or is it really technical? did u guys install the kit urself or took it somewhere and had the professionals install em? |
The white and black car is mine. You can order all of the S-tune parts from your Nissan dealer, and have them install everything.

Install is not hard, just time consuming.. Can be done in a day in your garage (if you have one) They give you little paper templates that you lline up to certain spots on the body, it does require drilling holes into the front/rear bumper. So that is a down side if you ever plan on removing them.. But the biggest upside is that it comes pre-painted, and the fit is absolutely 100% perfect. |

I took those photos, The black and white car is my friend "seeyabud86"
|
anyone know how much nissan charge for the labor? Also can you order the parts yourself and take it to nissan dealer?
|
Take it to a good bodyshop, most dealers won't know what to do with it.
Check the SoCal section for a reputable shop in the Diego |

and after that i gotta worry about installation... i am pretty sure i can do it myself but since i dont know much about cars... it is scaryin me a bit... last thing i want is driving and ***** falling apart... lol... kinda defeats the purpose of an aero kit... lol |
I know you want to save money and all but if you're that worried about installation, just find a good bodyshop, buy it from Z1 and have it shipped there and installed. It might cost a little more but at least it's piece of mind for you.
Otherwise, if you want to go the cheapest route, find it on ebay and just install it yourself but maybe have someone that's more comfortable doing this stuff helping you. |
what about dealership guys? i was thinking of doing that?
|
I got the whole kit and installation done at the dealer. I love it!!!
