What do u guys think of the stune?
I am thinking of getting the front lip, side sills, and the splash guards...
Any good place with good pricing?

volks or stune wheels?! lol...

anyone also got some pix of stune 370z? i mean i googled but they are all the same and are from the nissan...

kenchan 12-13-2010 10:59 AM

im not the biggest fan of s-tune body kit. it can look good if painted with the outer part matte black (or wrapped in CF) to reduce the chunky look and your car lowered considerably while running pretty aggressive wheels/tires.

there was a memeber here that had either a white or silver with the outer areas painted black. that car looked good.

JayYoon 12-13-2010 12:39 PM

do you know any good place to buy em?

azn370z 12-13-2010 01:11 PM

Check out the vendor section. I think z1 may have good pricing. I bought my sideskirt from Fontana Nissan.

Bought from Z1 here. They have the hookup for this.

btw... when u get the front, side, rear, and spoiler... do u just drill? or is it really technical? did u guys install the kit urself or took it somewhere and had the professionals install em?

SeeyaBud86 12-15-2010 01:44 PM

The white and black car is mine. You can order all of the S-tune parts from your Nissan dealer, and have them install everything.

Yep and the rear splat things too..

Install is not hard, just time consuming.. Can be done in a day in your garage (if you have one) They give you little paper templates that you lline up to certain spots on the body, it does require drilling holes into the front/rear bumper. So that is a down side if you ever plan on removing them..

But the biggest upside is that it comes pre-painted, and the fit is absolutely 100% perfect.

Its this little add on that is supposed to give the front end a more pointed look like the real nismo bumper, in this pic from Z1motorsports site, right above the license plate.

http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...600&page=popup

I opted not to get this.

NewYorkJon34 12-15-2010 05:18 PM

I took those photos, The black and white car is my friend "seeyabud86"

JayYoon 12-15-2010 11:41 PM

anyone know how much nissan charge for the labor? Also can you order the parts yourself and take it to nissan dealer?

Waiz 12-16-2010 12:51 AM

Take it to a good bodyshop, most dealers won't know what to do with it.

Check the SoCal section for a reputable shop in the Diego

Thank... i just dont know what do... whether to buy it from ebay? they are the cheapest or buy from z1? or buy it from the dealer? fml!!!
and after that i gotta worry about installation... i am pretty sure i can do it myself but since i dont know much about cars... it is scaryin me a bit... last thing i want is driving and ***** falling apart... lol...
kinda defeats the purpose of an aero kit... lol

tsolin01 12-16-2010 10:21 AM

I know you want to save money and all but if you're that worried about installation, just find a good bodyshop, buy it from Z1 and have it shipped there and installed. It might cost a little more but at least it's piece of mind for you.

Otherwise, if you want to go the cheapest route, find it on ebay and just install it yourself but maybe have someone that's more comfortable doing this stuff helping you.

JayYoon 12-17-2010 03:10 AM

what about dealership guys? i was thinking of doing that?

Zigen5 12-18-2010 07:59 AM

I got the whole kit and installation done at the dealer. I love it!!!
