I wouldn't rule out paying extra, just curious if others have had luck with
other products on their 350/370Zs over the years as well. I'd like two or
three recommended leather care products to compare for myself

Lexol, 303 Aerospace and Autoglym. All three are good and can be purchased over the counter. They just don't clean and protect as well as Leatherique. Another option is to drop by a local saddle store, like for horses, they have many quality products. Just make sure you look at products for finished leather. With my detailing business I see cracked, faded, stained and dry leather all the time. People tell me they treat it with a variety of products. Is it these products that are causing all this? I don't know for sure, but I do know that Leatherique and some others will protect against this. Is it worth it to me to spend a couple extra bucks with the inconvenience of online ordering to know I am using quality products? You bet.

I have the persimmon leather interior. What product would work best for that leather color? The Leatherique web site shows that they sell leatherique in a color called "saddle" which looks like it might be match. Has anyone used the "saddle" colored Leatherique on their persimmon interior?

You are looking at a dye. Unless your leather is faded out thats not what you want. You want to use the rejuvenator and prestine clean to maintain your leather. Have a look at those products.

Me too! works perfect. Also, mimic the Lexol comments. Excellent stuff. Been using it for decades on leather.
