Damit foiled again lol. Thanks!

theDreamer 07-21-2010 08:16 AM

simota1 is correct, it was made by Seibon but just for them.

RCZ 07-21-2010 08:51 AM

There were rumors that it would go into production, but nothing ever materialized.

theDreamer 07-21-2010 08:53 AM

Would be nice, especially paired up with some forced induction and those side openings for cooling.

kenchan 07-21-2010 10:58 AM

reminds me of a tercel BMW body kit...

Thank god... Looks hideous... :ugh2:

NYBladeZ 07-21-2010 12:47 PM

I know its a one off but I'd still call Seibon, they have the mold for it I'm sure they could make you one. However expect to pay over $1K, I know a guy who can get you the OEM in carbon for <$1K

ait racing is in the process of building the gtr bumper.

The bumper is slightly different from the Seibon image you posted.

Jamaica 07-21-2010 03:44 PM

that rear diffuser looks interesting

simota1 07-21-2010 04:10 PM

the one by TRC looks better than the seibon.... im guessing cuz it looks more flat..... in the front rather than a shovel design by seibon... that rear diffuser LOOKS amazing!!!! i want one lol

:iagree: It looks like TRC started with a standard bumper & Seibon started with a Nismo.

daisuke149 07-21-2010 10:03 PM

i like the seibon more. . altho i like that diffuser the most...

Waiz 07-21-2010 10:08 PM

Please don't do it, it belongs on a GT-R.

Jamaica 07-21-2010 10:12 PM

It does look different from the seibon

the side openings are definitely different. the seibon's ones are larger. makes it look more proportionate

let me know if you sell your old one and foglight :P

Mozen 07-21-2010 11:03 PM

Yea i like it, but, for now ive decided to just stick with a lip kit and side skirts. Ive got the Seibon NS style stuff on the way to the house now.

:stirthepot: Well, each to his or her own. One of the reason i love moding cars is you can do what ever makes you happy and dam the rest!

I got an email from TRC Italia today that had a link to their prices. The bumper is 690Euro Excluding VAT (about 885 USD) and they quote a 8 week build time + they can ship anywhere in the world. For now ill stick with the Seibon NS Style lip kit + Skirts but i do like the look of that bumper! Mebe something for next year i suppose!
