I can answer that......from their website:

This spoiler installs in the same mounting holes as the factory spoiler, includes bolts, and a mounting template. If you have a factory option spoiler already, this spoiler will bolt right up.

And they are correct....the shop I went to to get it installed needed to just remove the OEM spoiler and screw this one on. Bing, Bang, Boom!

thanks, but i was talking about the one that goes on the front bumper CF Fang... thought this was a CF thread for their store, but now im thinking it was only about the rear CF spoiler...

That's correct....only the rear CF was mentioned here.....unfortunately I have the EVO-R CF fang parts. I can tell you those didn't require any shaving however I have heard that in some cases some folks have needed to shave them just a tiny little bit because it wouldn't fit over the fangs due to the lower lip on the front. Hope that helps. ;)

No cutting or drilling just slide it on all model of the 370Z.

Are there any pics or PS's done of this on a Mag Black Z? I'm curious if CF would look good, or if it would be so subtle that people would just laugh at you for putting a 'black' part on a 'black' car? :wtf2:

Why is the factory option more expensive than the carbon fiber?

Mostly because of paint, plus the fact that it is OEM Nissan so that will always carry a premium.
