Can the side curtain airbags on the 2018+ models fit earlier models?

Same part number for every year as far as I can search out.

All you have to do is caller a dealer and ask them for a part number for 2019 and a part number for an earlier year.

I have attached pictures of the old and new. I can get the newer one at a cheaper price than the old.
