Intermittent Seat Switches
 

I’ve got a 2010 Roadster with intermittent seat switch issues. Both seats have issues with the fore and aft, and recline switches. At least I believe it’s the switches. It takes a number of time toggling them before they begin to work, then the motors work fine. I’ve sprayed contacts with cleaner and lubricants in them and they seem to work better but are still intermittent. Does anyone have experience solving the problem or is it time to replace them? If they need to be replaced does anyone have a good source other than the $200+ from Nissan? Thanks!

I had the same issue a few months ago in my 2017 coup. The switch reclines the driver seat backward but will not recline forward. I sprayed WD40 on the switch and it started working again!!

Yesterday, again it stopped reclining forward. I've already bought a switch, just in case. It did cost $204, though.

Does the 350Z switch work as a replacement?
