Their Z34 headlights/taillights are rebranded products from . . . elsewhere.

78Works in Japan is another label that slaps its logo on the exact same lights (with an additional color option for the tails!)

Or you can go to Coplus Taiwan and just buy it from the maker

They will respond (slowly) in English too, I was trying to get replacement parts directly from them, but they couldn't get me just the red tinted cover like I wanted.

Truth!

Great info and I'm not surprised. It's the same as going on Amazon or Ebay where you see sellers listing junk off alibaba at a 2000% markup!

It appears the headlights are same price as Z1. Tail lights are cheaper than Z1 but you get both options in Red or smoked Lens.

For the price difference, easier to order the Morimoto rebrand from Z1.

If you want the standard black, sure, get it from a US source

Ok the red lens has my attention. I hate blacked out tail lamps.

Has there been any reported issues with the tails?

Same, I like the red lens too.

I've been wishing the turn signals to be solid on/off instead of sequential, and frosted lens to diffuse the light. Just a personal preference.

I think there's a connector you can unplug to disable sequential.

Whoa!!!!! Game changer for me if that’s true. Time to do research.

I know the headlights have that feature. I'm "assuming" the tail lights do as well. I like to have my rear lights come on instantly. The front turns, those can be sequential.

None that I've seen yet but assuming the lenses are the same as the heads they'll suffer from premature UV damage as well.
