KAD is KAD is KAD?

Does Nissan use the same KAD (gun metal metallic) for all the models of cars it's offered on? For example is the KAD the same on a Senta as it is on a 370Z.

Can't say about Nissan, but I used to own a KAD '13 G37xS Sedan and currently own a 2013 Nismo KAD Z and both were identical paint shades

Yes, the paint codes are the same across the different Nissan models :twocents:
