ZSPEC Engine Dress Up kit: torque specs?

I have one of these sets laying around and thought I'd get around to doing it now that we're all locked up

Is there a list of all the torque specs for these pieces somewhere?

I found digital FSM's but if there's a less boring way to do it than looking each one up, i figure i'd check

It's this kit:

and i got the strut tower bolts too

Seconded on the interest.

You could check with ZSpec, they have a 370Z that was tuned by Seb. Or you could check with Specialty Z, I know they've installed them on a few z32's, not sure if they've done a 370. I didn't follow any torque specs since they weren't on any critical parts that I was too concerned about correct torque, I just changed them one bolt at a time.

I asked Zspec when i ordered from them and they didn't have a breakdown

The Strut tower brace probably needs a specific measure, and i guess you're right, eyeballing the rest they're fairly innocuous

I would still think they're not critical, I cranked them down pretty tight. I did add blue loctite to all nuts and bolts too.

The FSM torque spec for the strut bar stock nuts and bolts is 38 ft-lbs.

I know I cranked most of mine down a little too tight the first time using 1/2 drive torx sockets :shakes head: since then I use 1/4 drive hex/torx sockets or bits and just snug them.

I find myself taking things apart too often to bother with loctite on most of the bolts in the kit. Might use it on some of the fender bolts.
