Anyone had any luck contacting EVO-R ???
Guys I've been trying to contact EVO-R for the past few month now. Tired everything, and nothing.
What's going on with them??? They don't have a phone contact #, not responding to emails. Anyone has any idea??? |
This is normal for EVO-R. Never buy from him directly, order through Concept Z or another retailer that has the items in stock. If you search the forum, you'll see the numerous complaints about him.

Although I was able to purchase directly from the vendor (EVO-R here on the forum). I agree with all those saying to just pick up stock from Concept Z, ZSpeed, The Z Store, etc.
They'll answer the phones if you run into any trouble and let you know what is or is not in stock. I am sure that EVO-R will show face once the holiday sales timing starts rolling in (beginning with Black Friday).....:bs: |

I actually ordered something a couple months ago and he responded really quickly...he said it wasn't in stock and got it out to me within a month... Emailed may 25 and delivery June 24. The Lord does look after fools though

I ordered directly from them before as well. Had no problems contacting, and him replying back. Got all my stuff on time. It was all good, but that was like half a year ago. Now i've been trying to get a hold of them, and Jay, and nothing.
He replied on here a few times, but I never got the answer answered. I tried facebook as well, they don't answer there as well. Well anyway their reputation is ruined for sure now. Definitely one of the worst customer service. |

He replied and said he's gonna do it and etc, and that's the last time I heard from him. Now im out of warranty and for over 2 month can't get a hold of them. It's the worst customer service. I actually bought the 4th break light from him awhile back and he sent me the wrong item. I messaged him and he sent me the correct one without having to pay for shipping and he never asked for the old ones back! Great service!

I never ever had a problem with him in sence of contacting him, I mean, to be honest, I did have times items are missing and stuff but he sent it out stright away. I hear horror stories for Evo-r on RX-8 CLUB as well, it makes me wonder if I am next never had an issue with jay, and I hope it stays that way |
You can also order Evo-R parts through FNG Performance, The Z Store and CZP Performance if you dont want to do it directly from EVO-R.

Should be a sticky if in fact EVO-R is not reputable. Place two orders for Carbon Fiber products on Sept 25th. Credit Card Charge on Sept 26th USPS Tracking Numbers Sent on Sept 26th USPS Tracking indicates label created only, not shipped as Oct 6th Left Voice mail and Sent Email on Oct 6th. I hope he responds...if not, action will be taken. |

Appears the order just arrived in Chicago's USPS facility and in transit to my home. Thank you for your immediate responsive to my direct emails. Others...so far EVO-R has been responsive. |
Recently ordered carbon fiber door handle covers, carbon fiber rear struts bar cover, and carbon fiber b pilars from Jay all parts arrived on time and undamaged. Thanks again Jay we appreciate your service and hard work for the Z community rep earned.
