Fujimura front bumper coming

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys. I have a Fujimura front bumper on order.

Show me what you did with yours (colours). Has anyone chromed any part of the grill? Did you badge it? Everyone seems to de-badge, but I want to badge it.... Has anyone got the AEM intake kit and lined the intakes up with the vents?

Pic for attention.

Good choice, my favorite front. I have not seen anything chromed on the bumper, just shiny metal mesh that it comes with it. I prefer the two tone look of Body colored with black vent areas. Something akin to this:

All the same color:

Personally I badged mine because I was going for an OEM look, without the badge it looks a little empty to me. My Fujimura bumper was partial CF so two tone was the way to go for me (CF opening, CF side inlets)

Yeah I think the de-badge is rice and says you are not proud of your brand, other people prefer the clean look.

I have a black Z so I'm concerned having the whole thing in black will look a bit....evil. I would like to see another black Z that has 2 toned this bumper.

Mhm - well for a black Z, I can't really think of any other color than leaving the whole thing black LOL. Black colored cars are good at hiding awkward spaces or lines so I think even if you don't badge it it'll look fine.

One thing though is blacking out the headlight's housing will make a day and night difference to the overall look of the Fujimura bumper. For some reason the Fujimura bumper with stock chrome headlights/debadged on a non black car just doesn't look pleasing to the eye hahaha

nice looking bumper... is there anything to cover that huge opening from flying rocks or debris?

madwi 03-18-2019 10:18 PM

it comes with mesh installed on all the openings.

All of the Fujimura’s come with mesh. The fake knock off ones on other hand don’t come with mesh in the openings.

Here is the closest thing to how my car will look. The major difference is that I'm going to have the DRLs on mine, and I will also badge it with a big chrome Z. I still think it's going to look too flat. I'm also considering removing the grill frames and having them chrome'd.

I never considered an aftermarket bumper but now, I have to say I love the way this Fujimura bumper looks on the 370Z!

OptionZero 03-19-2019 10:53 AM

It works because its not too crazy, and it seems to be pretty functional with large openings for air flow

the problem with the stock Z bumper is the nose ends abruptly, giving the front a stubby look

the nismo versions and many aftermarket ones extend the nose. it just creates a cleaner flow. some are longer than others, your taste may vary

i wish there were better sides and rear to go with the fuji

I'm yet to see anyone comment on temp reductions after installing this bumper. Also nobody seems to be using the side vents yet to do anything other than cool their washer bottle.

I have a plan to install the AEM CAI with extra large filter pods so that it sits right in those vents.

Pics of black Fuji/Raptor. Vents used for CAI.
