New released. EVO-R 370Z color 3D Z logo carbon door sills. Made of 3K cross weave carbon fiber. Also have choice of honey cone carbon fiber. Each Z logo will have choice of red, yellow, blue, white and carbon silver color. Each color is base on factory color code.

The colors in the pictures makes me want Mcdonalds fries.

Needs to be illuminated Z's. I want CF sill plates but want to keep the illuminated Z's.

I would like to see what they look like installed on a car.

What’s the status on them? I see them listed on your site, and would like to purchase today, but I want them to have the Z in silver. There aren’t any boxes or spaces where I can specify that, and Jay from EVO-R has not responded to my emails in weeks. I’m planning to order over $1k in parts from your company, but this is putting me off.

Par for the course for Jay. He'll gladly take your money tho. I wouldn't give him a dime. A little research will have you running for the hills.

While I’ve seen some people having poor experiences with him, others have received their products with no issues. I am done purchasing cosmetic items for my Z, but these kickplates are the only thing left that I want. Any idea why people have had poor experiences in the past?

If you want to risk being one of those people who doesn't get their product, then by all means, just go ahead and throw $1K at him :rolleyes:

The fact of the matter is that LOTS of people have issues with EVO-R. This isn't some vendor with a handful of negative reviews spearheaded by a small group. There are EVO-R horror stories all over the internet on a ton of different vehicle forums. As for the why, I'm not sure it even matters at this point; whatever the reason, it's not worth the risk. The writing is already on the wall for you, so I'm not sure why you would ignore it and give him money.

Yep. One and most important rule of buying EVO-R...

If you must buy EVO-R, buy from a vendor. NEVER buy directly from from Jay/EVO-R. Doesn’t matter if he verbally or states in writing it’s in stock...doesn’t matter if his latest website says it’s in stock. Doesn’t matter if he says “it’ll be shipped today”.

There are threads with concrete sequence of events showing what happens when you order direct from Jay @ EVO-R, even AFTER he confirmed availability and ship out date.

I saw those, but I only want them if they have the silver Z option, and Jay is the only one who offers it at a feasible price.

Yeah I would have ordered these they look nice but ended up with different sill plates. Everyone has different taste when it comes to sill plates.

What plates did you end up getting?

Aoonuauto custom sill plates.

I carbon wrapped the black portions of the OE with illumination and is enough for me.

EVO-R is just reselling carbon parts from Alibaba.

Just go straight Alibaba and order from there.

EPR International is one of the major suppliers of these parts. Even better they will custom make it to whatever your specs. Want it in forged carbon? No problem.
