AdvanceTuning or IkonMotorsports Nismo Side Skirts?

Hey all,

Only had my Z for about 2 months and am about to complete my Nismo conversion however didnt buy the side skirts because they costed over $1100 PER SIDE here in Australia... However I found these 2 ebay listings for aftermarket "Nismo Style Side Skirts". I understand that these types of products have fitment issues and such however I was hoping to hear from someone who has brought them and fitted them to their cars. Id like to know how much issue it was and how they look.

$1000 USD for the pair, no idea what shipping is

or look on ebay or the FS section for used stuff

Damn. At the price these reps are being sold why worry about fitment?

Last time I spoke to them about getting a bumper shipped it was US $1100 to ship to Australia...

And I'd rather not waste $350AU on something that wont work :/

Wow I just picked up a an OEM nismo front and never looked at how much the side skirts would cost, but I never would imagine they were double the price for the front bumper! At that price I would just try them out and see how they fit, but im in curious if anyone as tried them out as well.

These OEM skirts are large and use a lot of OEM plastic. Aside from the pieces you see and the wrap into the door there is a big piece that wraps into the bottom. Again, OEM plastic of course not the crispy FRP. Hence the pricey skirt.

My suggestion is to ask the vendor for additional pics of the skirt that gives you a full view. Ask for pics of already installed skirts. Most of the gap will probably be where the skirt meet the rear quarter and inside at the door jamb.
