370z Headlights - Help Please

I'm trying to order a pair of 2015 Nismo headlights

Does anyone know what the difference is between Composite Assembly, and Composite Headlamp?

Composite Assembly - 26060-6GA2A
Composite Headlamp - 26026-6GA2A

26060-6GA2A is everything included in the drawing for the right hand side and 26026-6GA2A is just the RH headlight.
