Fixed back seats, CBE, HFCs, race battery, remove spare wheel, tools, sub, mats

That lot should cost around £1650 (~$2 - $3 K)

Has anyone managed to drop significantly more weight than this without doing anything too drastic? I'm thinking a 150KG drop would change the 370 from a fast GT into a real sports car.

Rear hatch, anyone know the weight? Plexiglass rear and rear-side windows, savings?

Where is the weight hiding in this car, its a 2-seat sports car yet weighs 1500KGs, there must be plenty to loose somewhere!

Any ideas?

Change front fenders to cf ones whenever they are available.

im not sure how much lighter you can get for body panels than the stock aluminum pieces.

???
youd probally loose half a pound by switching to dry carbon fenders for $1000

The fenders are steel not aluminum, you would save more than that. The only aluminum body panels are the hood (bonnet), doors, and hatch, along with a mostly aluminum suspension.

There are negatives to just about every weight saving technique, so each one needs to be weighed carefully when using the car as a daily driver.

You will save a decent amount of weight... CF Fenders help out a lot on cars with larger fenders like the 370.
