Just bought one of these

Nissan 370Z (2009+) Carbon Fiber Flat Bottom Steering Wheel FROM www.vqvortex.com. for my nismo 370. Love the flat bottom design. Always wished my car came with one. quality looks stellar. Have any of you tried one and if so please let us know your findings.

Have you done a review on it? I'd like to know your impression of it, how does it feel ergonomically?

I just bought this one from Carbon Fiber Element. More expensive but when I compared this one and the one from vqvortex together this one just looked to have smoother transitions from the carbon fiber to the leather and a little more shape to the ergonomic sections.

For what it's worth. i talked vqvortex on the ph. he said they both use the same mfg. co. and that carbon fiber element does good work but doesn't let the layup cure long enough.

This is on my list of upgrades. Congrats.

I'm sure they probably both do good work. I doubt if either would let their product go out without being fully cured.

I bought mine a year ago. He gave me a break because 1. I drove to his house and 2. I threw a big carbon fiber element sticker on my rear window

That's pretty cool of him. I'd have to drive 3000 miles to pick mine up. Do you have any pics of yours? The one I ordered has a lot of molding done to it. Not sure if you saw the link I posted.

I have a pic that you can see the shifter trim in also. I didn't want anything other than the flat bottom. And yeah I looked

Nice. I assume you're liking it. How's it holding up?
