Inner door panel removal

I'm trying to remove the inner door panel cover and there are two rivets I don't know how to remove.
I did some searching on here and I found that a couple others just drilled them out, which to me seems excessive.
One person did say that you could just remove the glass first and you won't have to drill out the rivets but gave no mention on what he meant or how to do it.
I'm trying to get better access to do some paintless dent repair and it would be awesome if this panel was out of my way.

I'm dropping my car off at the dealership on Wednesday to re-grease the U joint and I'm just going to have them fix the dent while they have it. I read the service manual on how to remove that inner panel and it just seems like too much of a pain to tackle on my own. My tools aren't long enough to reach the dent without removing the panel so I gave up. Those rivets really tick me off though. I don't understand why they changed this design from how the 350z was done.
