Sent a PM to 180º on the 26th of December 2009 ... & i havent received any replies back yet.... I PM'ed MR Works the same night & received a reply that same night!! Well done to Macro MR Works for the fast customer service...

I've decided to go to MR Works!! Great Customer Service & Great Pricing as Well :) Plan to send them my Headlights sometime this month....

Unfortunately, I've sent several PM's to 180 and have not received a response. I figured they were just busy and perhaps were not interested in me as a customer. I suppose I will have to PM MR Works instead.

I know for a fact that Limited Edition, as well as other companies all offer Piranha LEDs AND more than 1 year warranty.
Is it fair to post complaints from former 180 customers that have turned to other companies with 180 modified headlights? Should we post the "original" designs that other companies created but was also used by 180 customs? No, we should not and it's not necessary because other companies understand some things called mutual respect, professional conduct, and business ethics. It may be a little hard for companies to want to "collaborate" after a post like such :) Will someone please post this on myg37.com? |
This is a perfect example of WHY NOT 180 Customs. A vendor boasts about his customer service while unprofessionally singling out competing vendors to market his "superior product." Next time you decide to pull this stunt, at least get your facts straight .
