... why do you have to be so shady man? Carbon monoxide poisoning... wrong tracking numbers... and you promised to have some dudes refund back and now say that you will send him a 100 bucks? What the F are we your personal piggybank? Come on spawn - remember how much the community supported you in the start? Well thanks for going and ruining the trust that forum members will have in other small vendors like you who will eventually pop up - who might have a legitimate business ethic

If you followed up you'd have seen that all those customers have been taken care of but of course nobody wants to see both sides...

Other then taht I feel you should know that one customer that demanded a refund is because he purchased something then wanted to get a refund 3 days later because he wanted more christmas money. No other company would have even thought about refunding him. So hes lucky that we are even giving him one. Most who I've spoken to have agreed.

ok - you have folks over at G37 who have not got your product yet. The only "proof" that any one here has gotten anything is the fact that you have sent out "tracking" numbers... We are not stupid here man... Proof is in the pudding... and I am yet to see one person come out and say - hey I got my crap from Spawn. And whats worse is you have a group buy going. I would not feel safe investing in anything you are making until a lot of folks get and review their products. 3 Months for a 150$ refund is UNACCEPTABLE!

That is not the point. we expect a certain level of professional courtesy from our vendors and I am afraid you have not met it.

So I guess this is really not going to happen so here it is. I was the original person who sent them a stillen splitter to get wrapped in CF back in september and I still havent received anything. It was "suppose" to be shipped out tuesday Dec 14th but I havent received any confirmation email from John. I emailed em this morning and havent received a response from them at all. At this point I feel like I've been more then patient and I'am really f@ckin pissed, not only did I lose a splitter but I lost $400 bucks. 3 months of empty promises from John. I had to speak my peace about this whole situation. I wish Spawn the best but I dont see a company going anywhere from this type business.

I will try (in vain) to stay neutral, but I should mention that B Pillars are shipping (...or he shipped what he had, I have no idea, nor can I speak for Spawn Aero). JakeZ34 and I for sure got ours, don't know about the rest. The group buy thread has been quiet in terms of pictures. I'm not going to put mine up until John and I have resolved our issue with one of them, but at this point I'm perfectly fine leaving the OEM ones on. And I'd like to believe that verbal agreements (er...PM'd agreements) are still valid contracts.

what is the other side?

At this point it's not about the money, but the principal. You're in over your head. You can't refund everybody you owe money too! That is called negative cash flow.

It's time to do yourself a favor and call it. You have promised me that my b pillars are on the way, then gave me a bogus tracking number. Then tell me that you will send me more b pillars for the mistakes, when you can't even fulfill your other orders.

I get empty promises week, after week, after week that the problem would be corrected. But here I stand in front of you with half my money.

Yes, you have slowly giving me a refund, but a real company would have refunded the whole amount, and not half over 6 months.

Anyway, I wish you luck in the future,
