Breaking the connection won't be good either cause spawn screwed multiple members. If left on their own, no chance for a refund or a product at all. What to do lol

Yeah -- if he got dropped he probably would just disappear. Don't really know what the ideal solution is.

Refunds?...LOL...You can't squeeze blood from a stone, vendor or not...

There's really no point in him continuing to be a vendor here..You've seen the posts above. I'm sure anything new from Spawn will be met with the same response..He had the chance to prove himself with the B-pillars. He didn't. Only a fool would send him money at this point.

He is going to be gone from the site. I have had it! He has 7 days to provide his current customers his contact info (phone, business address etc). Either he will refund them or make their products it's upto him and his customers.

After 7 days, all his threads will be locked. He is NO longer going to be vendor here.

Honestly, the way things have transpired this really seems like a lousy job at a ponzi scheme.

Bunch of orders up front, one order filled once every six months or so... ugh.

It's either that or just really, really, really bad business. I have to say I feel sorry for everyone that has put their money, parts, and trust in Spawn's hands to be squandered away like nothing.

I hope for a resolution but know that it's doubtful. :shakes head:

Yea... I'm one of those fast paying people.

I was hoping to get the products quicker with confidence. Seeing that he's a sponsor and reading about some of his products I thought he had a good reputation. Plus, I've not caught up with the drama surrounding him lately. I merely ran into this commotion days ago, but I already placed an order a couple of weeks ago. Each day I see this thread go down hill makes me more nervous :confused:

If I saw negative rep points, then I probably would've steered clear.

His INBOX is currently full so I can't message him.

O_o;; again, I'm hoping you didn't pay full amount. In general (and IMHO), it's pretty bad business to pay full up front when the part hasn't even been made yet.

Holy crap... this is not good. I don't know what to do. If he really is a good person, just falling behind, then that's what I hope he'd be. Otherwise, I'm out $350 for the holiday season, but be happy that I still have a job and can work the extra hours :(

You guys know me... at least CiNcity pulled through for me with my head lights.

How'd you pay him? Any way to go through your CC company or PayPal (whatever you used)?

He should have plenty of time for getting back to his customers as it's pretty impossible to cure CF and Epoxy in an unheated garage in Chicago this time of year......

I used PayPal. I currently don't have plans to take any action. I'm not trying to be biased or anything, but John has been very communicative well before this chaos started. Granted, I do not have the products yet.

As AK put it, product or refund. I'm hoping for product so I can post up pictures for everyone.
