Aggressive Fin Rear Diffuser

Hey guys,

Having a difficult time finding a aggressive fin rear diffuser. If anyone makes custom ones or knows where to buy one please let me know.

Something like this, but for a Z

Velox has something with fins that *could* be functional (as in, more likely to be functional than the Fujimura/EvoR style)

Looks to be pretty new on the market.

velox is definitely functional. I know the guy through a buddy and they do pretty good testing on most parts. I'm actually trying to see now if he'd make one to fit the Nismo bumper but theres not much demand from Z guys for one in the first place

I've been searching for something for the G platform as well. It's hard to find suitable diffusers that are functional and aggressive.

velox needs to make one for the 2015+ Nismo rear

Velox will build it if they can generate some interest. 20 or more people would have to commit. Call and let them know if you are interested.

Look up Street_aero on Instagram they do some badass diffusers.

Look a guy up on fb named Bryce Yeager. He sells all kinds of custom diffusers and splitters.

Something like this would be pretty awesome, Varis rear diffuser for M3

http://www.rwcarbon.com/media/upload...W-F80-M3-4.jpg

It extends the rear bumper down and the rest of the plate under the bumper is a mounting point for more fins

IMHO, the lines of this defuser actually detract from the Z aesthetics.

Sorry those look like ****. All right angles and very tacked on

Look at the varis one by comparison. It flows with the body

cooltoy 06-17-2017 08:01 PM

:iagree: It needs to be more organic/natural looking. Not just tacked on pieces of metal.

This cannot be emphasized enough.

Side note. I think I caught a glimpse of you on Satruday on Anderson, heading west.

ChaseZ 06-18-2017 01:27 AM

Could well have been. Lots of testing and tweaking lately.

We'll have to get the cars out for some shots one of these days
