Help no parking lights

I was removing my burnt out Evo-R foglight. The wires connected to the fog light still had voltage going to them and as I moved them I accidentally grounded something out when they touched the crash bar. Now my parking lights are all out and license plate lights are out too. I had no brake lights and I replaced the stop light fuse and now my stop lights work. Still no parking. I've checked the fuse box by the battery and and under my steering wheel. I took it to my school today and 4 people couldn't figure it out. I'm frustrated now and my last resort will be taking it to the dealership. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the Owner's Manual doesn't tell you where the fuse is, check the FSM.

You may have burnt a wire in two. If so, someone that can read a schematic (in FSM) and use a VOM should be able to find it.

Has to be a fuse that you are overlooking.

That's what I'm thinking. Is there a fuse box in our passenger side? Glove box area?
